We can assist with all aspects of a project from design to completion and can work with clients on a supply only basis or providing a full fabrication and erection package. 

Design / Designed individually to suit our client's specification

All buildings are designed individually to suit our client's specification, using structural engineers and detailed in house by our qualified CAD technicians. This ensures we can control all aspects of the building to make certain it is completed to our client's exacting specification.

Fabricate / From a single beam to 500 tonnes.

At our factory in Warwickshire, using our team of fully qualified welders, we are able to fabricate jobs from a single beam up to 500 tonnes. All structural steelwork can be held in stock, cut, drilled, welded and painted ready for erection. CE accredited, our clients can be assured of a quality product and a personal service. 

Erect / We only use our own directly employed labour on site.

All our site work is carried out by our own directly employed staff ensuring we are 100% responsible for the finished product. We can provide a wide range of services from ground works, excavation of foundations and installation of services to the building.
Setting out of holding down bolts and casting concrete foundations and laying floor slabs. All steelwork erected to current Health and Safety guidelines.

Cladding /  Good quality cladding correctly installed will stand the test of time.

From industrial warehouses to cattle sheds all of our cladding work is carried out to the highest of standards. The finish of a building is most noticeable in the cladding and whilst first impressions count, the main test for any building is its ability to remain weather proof over time. By installing good quality cladding to the correct standards our structures are able to offer reduced maintenance costs in the long term and therefore benefit from longer life spans.

Alterations / Making the most of what you have.

Alterations and extensions to existing buildings makes up a significant proportion of the enquiries we receive. Typical projects of this nature include: lean to extension for a cattle shed, extra bay(s) to industrial units, linking buildings together with infill buildings or covered walkways, raising roof levels to incorporate mezzanine floors and so on. 

Repair/ When the inevitable happens. 

Collision damage, broken guttering, doors that no longer close properly, broken roof lights, leaking asbestos sheets, etc. all of these can be dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner. 
Where a quick response is required eg. Storm damage to a grain store or industrial warehouse where ingress of water is potentially disastrous, we pride ourselves on offering as swift a service as possible to get a building watertight even if a return visit is then required to fully complete the job

Refurbishment / Giving old buildings a new lease of life. 

It can be more cost effective to refurbish Old and tired buildings.  This can offer an excellent alternative to building new. increasing the size and/or height of the structure, re-cladding, replacing guttering, doors and windows will result in the finished building looking like new and at the same time fulfilling your altered usage requirements for the space.
