Fabricate
Our purpose built factory in Warwickshire is set up to turn over jobs from single beams up to large scale projects with in house processing we can offer a responsive turnaround on projects, we have onsite cutting and drilling also automated profile cutting. We also ensure that our steelwork is delivered in the best condition for example all steelwork is shot blast and then is to be supplied painted - primed off site and then sprayed on site after welding to ensure longevity to our finished.

Erect
Site erection is undertaken by our own full time employees who will then be involved in further stages of the scheme such as cladding, so all care will be taken to ensure that steelwork is erected in accordance with NSSS for tolerance our site teams are lead with staff holding NVQ level 3 steel erection and all relevant certificates for the works undertaken, the reason for employing our own staff directly is we can maintain and quality at every stage of the process.

Cladding
By selecting cladding materials appropriate for their application we can make sure buildings are designed to maximise their lifespan, on more complex schemes we can generate EPC and SBEM calcs to provide to Building control for peace of mind that the scheme we have designed will be fully compliant with build inspectors and insurance alike, where we can we prefer to use UK cladding suppliers that offer the same level of support and warranty that we expect from ourselves and install to latest manufacturers recommendations.

Refurbishment
We regularly undertake cladding refurbishment projects where we are required to strip existing obsolete cladding and replace with new. Our site teams are qualified to handle and dispose of asbestos cladding sheets as required and then from there on install new cladding giving existing structures a new lease of life.
