Pock Hill Farm

This was a Class Q conversion project for an existing customer of ours due to the restrictions of the Class Q legislation as much of the existing steel structure had to be retained whilst trying to maximise habitable living space, the design opted for precast concrete floor planks and Kingspan KS1000LP roof cladding to emulate standing seam roofing. Once we had finished our works this method of construction releases the site straight away to multiple trades accelerating build time.
